I install shutter as install advised would be a charge appointment cancellation and had his tools setup. I called you custom service advised if the circumstances and requested a partial refund as imperfections not that noticeable . They told me to take shutter down and return it at my expense, would refund my money, I was insulted by their behavior and reply to keep the money and not recommend your company, I never experienced this type of customer service Regards Philip Saviano
