This is the second time we have ordered shutters from Exterior Solutions. Our order arrived sooner than anticipated. There was one piece with a minor factory flaw. When we notified the company they immediately sent out a replacement so that was great. One thing I think would be nice from an installation standpoint is if there was some type of drilling template to mark and drill the holes - we made our own and it worked OK. I would use this company again! Thanks for the good service!
