The product is great but the packaging/cartoning left a LOT to be desired. My carton was over 7' in length, weighed 180 pounds and was only held together by two pieces of clear packing tape, each about 12" in from each end of the carton. The carton flexed and bowed in the middle due to the length and the weight which caused one of the 83" shutters to have lot of scratches on it. The shutters are great quality but someone in the shipping department needs to get their act together to prevent in-transit damage.
