I will admit, that I was a little skeptical before ordering, so I ordered 1 pair just to make sure of the quality & color before ordering all I needed. When I received my shutters they were just what I wanted. I ordered 17 pairs and all arrived carefully packed with no damage to any of them. I was given an estimated shipping time upon ordering, and then they followed up with tracking info when shipped. That allowed me time to get a contractor ready to install upon delivery.
