I will give Exterior Solutions a 5 star review because of their excellent customer service and willingness to replace our defective shutters without a problem. Also, not being inconvenienced by having to return the defective shutters is a plus. Jill was very friendly acc,ommodating and also knowledgeable, which I find is very rare with businesses these days.
