DEFINITELY WILL NOT CONSIDER EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS AGAIN. The product - 4 ea. louvered wood shutters, primed - appear to be in satisfactory condition. That's all that was acceptable. SERVICE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. Order placed 8/2 with stated expected late ship date of 9/6. ABSOLUTELY NO UPDATE COMMUNICATION from Exterior Solutions, even one week after late ship date. I called on 9/13 and learned only then that expected ship date would be 9/17. I had hard travel dates 9/19-9/26 based on expecting to receive product no later than 9/18 - 12 days after given late ship date.. EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS REFUSED TO COOPERATE/ASSIST RESCHEDULING SHIP/DELIVERY - either expediting to deliver by 9/18 or hold for shipment to deliver on/after 9/27. Shutters were left in my driveway, exposed for days to weather and potential theft. Corrugated box on pallet was rain soaked when I arrived home 9/27 night. Unpacked, shutters appear to be ok. Again: VERY POOR SERVICE, NO FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION ON LATE ORDER, NO COOPERATION TO CHANGE SHIP/DELIVERY DATES FOR THEIR LATE PRODUCTION. I will be surprised if manufacturer/vendor gives potential customers an opportunity to read this review or the facts herein.
