We are doing some extensive upgrades for the house and landscaping, a project that includes adding shutters for all the windows on every side of the house. Large box stores do have shutters, but they only come in a limited number of sizes, so we decided to order them from Exterior Solutions in order to have exact size matches. We chose Exterior Solutions because they have a number of good customer reviews - and we're very glad we did. It took about a month for the shutters to arrive - which is understandable since they're custom made to our size specifications. The quality of materials and workmanship is terrific. Unfortunately, three of the shutters were damaged during shipping. We contacted customer service and provided pictures of the damage. They were very apologetic and immediately took steps to get us replacements. That took about three weeks. The replacements arrived in well-packaged containers and again, really great materials and workmanship. We're really happy - not only with the shutters that we purchased, but with the quality of service and professionalism we received from the customer service team. Thank you so much!
