The customer service was polite and helpful.i have to say I was very disappointed with the slates . They were VERY ROUGH like they had coarse sand.I had excellent painters who had to sand them down twice , re prime and then painted. They are still not smooth BUT much better than before. I have to say , I’m very pleased with the outcome and they really are beautiful shutters and high quality. I love that the hardware is not visible . They look great!
