My item were heavily delayed (3 weeks no shipping) and when I started talking to customer service they basically said they initiated a "investigation" and I had to wait 14 days for the result of the investigation. I connected DHL and they gave me more realistic updates but told me I can't do more except through exxpozed. I pinged customer service everyday through multiple channels just asking for a single update or any information as to what's going on they ended up replying asking me to stop asking!
