Exxpozed has terrible customer support and overall service.
I tried to exchange a pair of climbing shoes I ordered in the wrong size, they refunded my payment and now the price for the shoes went up considerably. They say I need to place a new order, obviously paying the higher price, on top of having to pay for the return shipping and a new shipping fee for the new shoes.
I never asked for a refund in the first place.
I feel cheated.
Needless to say, do not recomend.
