At EVERY stage in this timeline I have had to chase the next step. Didn’t bother to include the dates I sent emails asking for help – the list would be too long!
18 January: Coat ordered and paid for ahead of a skiing holiday
27 January: Coat dispatched
28 January: tracking status says coat is being prepared at customs for shipping to the UK – this is the status 1 month later)
5 February: Exxpozed say a complaint has been raised with DHL due to the delay
7 February: request for refund if not delivered by 12 February (my holiday the coat was for)
8 February: informed by Exxpozed they will only refund when they have the item in hand (it is with THEIR carrier!!)
18 February: informed I should have received a customs invoice via DHL – I haven’t so Exxpozed said they "will investigate"
23 February: I send yet another chasing email for an update
24 February: told to wait for DHL to respond
As of 28 February:
• 6 weeks since the item as ordered
• I have to coat
• I have no refund
• I have no support
