Totally unprofessional, scam and worst customer service I ordered ecco Ecco M EXOSTRIKE LOW LEA - Black / White - EU 41 / UK 7.5 / on 4th of September 2022 and got the acknowledgement. After waiting 5 days I sent 5 emails to enquiry about the order but every time I got automated reply which make no sense at all. I then called customer services and a man said they waiting for the item from Ecco and it will be shipped to the UK within 24 hours. it's again Sunday today and I did not get any information about the order. They failed to meet the delivery times stipulated on their website for the UK (3+ days). I sent another email to the customer service and got the same automated reply which is NONSENSE. I will raise the case with Paypal now and want more information to report this website to the regulatory authorities in the UK as well as German. I am surprised how come German authorities haven't taken and shut them down! Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
