I ordered several items. All arrived but were either the wrong size or “fake” brands. The Bogner items were very cheaply made. The sizes are a joke! Nothing is sized with standard sizes. I have been emailing for return/refund, no answers! Based on the other responses it sounds like refunds never arrive. I think their items are knock-offs, beware!
