Bought a Rab jacket from this company to be delivered a small instead of medium. It was not clear on there website but it should be a small issue to rectify , to return . Although stated they will provide a return label they did not reply to any communication for 2 months since purchase arrived. And this is after multiple calls, emails,online webforms. I consider this rougue behaviour. I am left with a unusable jacket which in total cost higher than elsewhere. Be aware! unlike some other EU based companies you will be charged VAT, customs and handling charge for goods on arrival almost doubling the purchase cost
