A disgrace of a company, avoid like the plague.
1. They do not inform you correctly about customs tax to the uk
2. They do not respond swiftly to enquiries / complaints
3. The postage takes an age
4. So if you wish to return the product, they are not interested
5. They blame Brexit (any normal person in the uk understands it is a challenge!)
6. Unsympathetic and unwilling to consider any kind of refund ‘not our problem Jack’
