My order was cancelled following cash prepayment under the claim that the item was out of stock. Suspiciously, the item reappeared in stock yet no one responded to my multiple emails to multiple contact addresses about this or my refund, which I still had not received after two weeks. On Instagram they replied multiple times that my details had been passed onto accounting and management, but with no subsequent resolution. It has been a month now since my payment so there are no excuses for a legitimate business. This same scenario appears to have happened to multiple UK customers too. Since I have at least talked to customer services, accounting and management appears either incompetent or indifferent, but it could possibly be a scam too. Unless I am fully reimbursed and they improve their practices, I would avoid completely.
