I ordered a discounted pants. in some way i didnt get the discount and cancelled the the order. all fine, no money involved. Then next day i contacted exxpozed how it came that the discount was not there.I was told to use another paymant method. fair sofar. i tried t order but not in stock anymore. Then the 20 % off period was over…I tried to call Exxpozed again and after a day a very friendly person called me back and told to wait a day then it would be in stock again, and no worries, they would refund me the 20 % afterwards… I ordered may 8, and even after several email promises that the refund would be paid, i still didnt get money. Very disappointing. BTW: the Gonso pants for cycling is very nice and came very fast. So about that no complaints at all, its a pity that the aftersales/ costumer service seems not reliable
