It has been 3 weeks since my order and I cannot get in contact with the company via phone or email. I have received a third of my order after 1.5 weeks. Another third I was told by automated email is no longer available, but I have yet to receive a refund. The remaining third has not shipped and the company will not respond to my emails. This is unacceptable. I intend to raise a complaint to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) & Verbraucherzentrale.
