Terrible customer service experience.
Had ordered a pair of shoes and they messed up the size.
Called customer service immediately, but call wasn’t answered.
Sent an email, but that wasn’t responded back to.
Finally got a hold of someone the next day, and was told that though the order wasn’t shipped out, they will not correct the mistake in the shoe and that I would have to deal with it.
The person then hung up on me.
Terrible service and wouldn’t advise shopping from this site.
