3 minutes ago I ordered a sleeping bag more than a month ago. I still haven't received the sleeping bag. When I called the customer service they offered me to refund my money (350 euros) because they couldn't tell me when the sleeping bag would be available for shipping. It's been a week now and I still have not received a refund. Their hotline is so busy I cannot even get through the line.
