Bad customer service , bad company , I did book a car park with them but the company which provided the service was a Scam dodgy company, they caused a damage to my car , when I claimed the money from ezybook , not managing to get the complete cost of the repairs from the dodgy company, ezybook said: we’re just liable for the booking costs , but they refused to pay even that amount.
I would never recommend this company
