“Heathrow Site
I found the service of Ezybook absolutely atrocious and I will never used them again. Condition of the site were cramped and not secure no toilet facility available or adequate waiting area. Staff level of communication was limited due to poor English and they were very rude . We witnessed other customers cars engine running whilst unattended for long periods of time, anyone could have jumped in the car as there were no security gate or staff nearby to prevent cars being stolen.
We had to wait over 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive despite the website advising that shuttles to and from the airport are every 10 minutes. We called 30 minutes in advanced as advised. We also observed a customer who had returned on the mini bus from the airport inspecting her car as she had been alerted by the car app that her car had been hit whilst she was abroad.
On our return to Heathrow we had to wait 1hr 30 minutes to be picked up as we were told there was a lot of traffic and it had been our fault that we had returned late. I explained to the staff on the phone that we have no control of the time that the plane landed however, we did call once we had cleared security. In total we had spoken to at least 4 members of staff including 2 different drivers who each told us to wait at different locations. We found the majority of them to be very disrespectful with no customer service or care whatsoever.
When we arrived back to the site the driver walked off to get the keys, when he returned he gave me the car key and proceeded to walk back to the ports cabin . I asked him if he was going to unload the suit cases he responded by saying he was only the driver and walked off. My wife and I were required to remove the suit cases from the mini bus.
After travelling for nearly 22 hours I found the experience and treatment of the staff team to be shocking and traumatic which left my wife and I very distressed.
Ezybook prices appear to be reasonable and very competitive but once you arrive at the site it is clear to see why, as the owners have rented a plot of land which is not fit for purpose.
The service that is advertised is not the service that you receive, whist we there we observed other customers with similar concerns to ours.
Please AVOID using this company at all cost, it is a scam and your car will not be secure and the level of communication is the worse I have experienced in 20 years. I would rate service a minus 5 out of 5.”
“On our return, we noticed that the car had a scratch. When we told them, they said you needed to pay a 750-pound excess fee, which should be in their garages.
Please, please don't book with them. Their service is very poor and unreliable.”
“1 star - no option for 0. Waited 1 hour for collection - had to pay more for short time parking. When we wanted to drop the car off we called twice and got an answering machine, third time we left a message. Eventually someone called and asked if we are there. On return called whilst collecting our language & talked to a woman telling her where we will wait - she said driver would be there shortly. After half an hour and another call to the office, the driver called and asked which terminal we are in? Waited for about 1 hour on return. Dash-cam disconnected by driver whilst driving within a minute of picking up car. Also, passenger window was open & we couldn't close it so had to drive 120mi at night with an open window - it was 3c°!”
“I'll definitely not park my car here again.
I called 30mins before arrival like suggested and when I arrived the guy was there wasn't aware of my arrival and asked to wait in the car 10mins. After 15mins I called again and the person in the other side was rude and hanged off the phone. 20mins later someone finally arrived.
On return my car has the dash cam disconnected (it's there for safety reasons in case someone try to steal my car) my carpet was muddy and the front bumper spoiler cracked.
I guess you get what you paid for.

Do not use this company misinformation about airport parking at Manchester. States will provide parking at Manchester airport not giving the location when you do the booking saying this information will be provided later. One company on their website is 8 miles away from the airport in the opposite direction. When I asked for a refund they only provided half and would not take responsibility for the misinformation on website.
I have contacted for a full refund and my messages have not been responded to . I called them and was advised their is nobody to speak to about my refund”

I had a terrible experience with this parking service at Heathrow. The customer service was disorganised and unhelpful. I had to call multiple times and was repeatedly told I’d be called back, but no one ever did. Their system is confusing, poorly explained, and when I raised concerns, I was told, “This is not how it works,” without any clarification.
When I returned from my trip, my family and I were left waiting for four hours. Instead of picking us up as per the contract, they simply dropped off our vehicle, leaving us to figure out transport for our additional luggage.
The entire experience was stressful and far from professional. I’m not impressed, and I will never use this service again. I do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.”

When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready 10 minutes after I reached the car park at Terminal 4. Dropping the car off took 25 minutes after calling from the luggage hall. I even accidentally booked the wrong terminal for departure, but they resolved it quickly and efficiently.

The person who collected my car looked homeless. Whilst I was reluctant to hand the keys over I had a flight to catch and not much choice, as they were already late.
On return I followed the instructions, but ended up waiting 45 mins for my car. The same homeless looking man returned my keys, the ticket for exit and walked off without a word. I noted there were a few small scratches on the car that weren't there before. Luckily I had taken pictures and raised a complaint, but Express Parking Heathrow, who seem to own this company were no help. They accepted the pictures, but requested an excess payment of £750 to make good, which is far higher than the damage.
I'll never use a meet and greet that isn't official as I'm sure companies like this are set up and then closed.”
