Heathrow Site I found the service of Ezybook absolutely atrocious and I will never used them again. Condition of the site were cramped and not secure no toilet facility available or adequate waiting area. Staff level of communication was limited due to poor English and they were very rude . We witnessed other customers cars engine running whilst unattended for long periods of time, anyone could have jumped in the car as there were no security gate or staff nearby to prevent cars being stolen. We had to wait over 25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive despite the website advising that shuttles to and from the airport are every 10 minutes. We called 30 minutes in advanced as advised. We also observed a customer who had returned on the mini bus from the airport inspecting her car as she had been alerted by the car app that her car had been hit whilst she was abroad. On our return to Heathrow we had to wait 1hr 30 minutes to be picked up as we were told there was a lot of traffic and it had been our fault that we had returned late. I explained to the staff on the phone that we have no control of the time that the plane landed however, we did call once we had cleared security. In total we had spoken to at least 4 members of staff including 2 different drivers who each told us to wait at different locations. We found the majority of them to be very disrespectful with no customer service or care whatsoever. When we arrived back to the site the driver walked off to get the keys, when he returned he gave me the car key and proceeded to walk back to the ports cabin . I asked him if he was going to unload the suit cases he responded by saying he was only the driver and walked off. My wife and I were required to remove the suit cases from the mini bus. After travelling for nearly 22 hours I found the experience and treatment of the staff team to be shocking and traumatic which left my wife and I very distressed. Ezybook prices appear to be reasonable and very competitive but once you arrive at the site it is clear to see why, as the owners have rented a plot of land which is not fit for purpose. The service that is advertised is not the service that you receive, whist we there we observed other customers with similar concerns to ours. Please AVOID using this company at all cost, it is a scam and your car will not be secure and the level of communication is the worse I have experienced in 20 years. I would rate service a minus 5 out of 5.

On our return, we noticed that the car had a scratch. When we told them, they said you needed to pay a 750-pound excess fee, which should be in their garages. Please, please don't book with them. Their service is very poor and unreliable.

1 star - no option for 0. Waited 1 hour for collection - had to pay more for short time parking. When we wanted to drop the car off we called twice and got an answering machine, third time we left a message. Eventually someone called and asked if we are there. On return called whilst collecting our language & talked to a woman telling her where we will wait - she said driver would be there shortly. After half an hour and another call to the office, the driver called and asked which terminal we are in? Waited for about 1 hour on return. Dash-cam disconnected by driver whilst driving within a minute of picking up car. Also, passenger window was open & we couldn't close it so had to drive 120mi at night with an open window - it was 3c°!

I'll definitely not park my car here again. I called 30mins before arrival like suggested and when I arrived the guy was there wasn't aware of my arrival and asked to wait in the car 10mins. After 15mins I called again and the person in the other side was rude and hanged off the phone. 20mins later someone finally arrived. On return my car has the dash cam disconnected (it's there for safety reasons in case someone try to steal my car) my carpet was muddy and the front bumper spoiler cracked. I guess you get what you paid for. Disgraceful

Do not use this company misinformation… Do not use this company misinformation about airport parking at Manchester. States will provide parking at Manchester airport not giving the location when you do the booking saying this information will be provided later. One company on their website is 8 miles away from the airport in the opposite direction. When I asked for a refund they only provided half and would not take responsibility for the misinformation on website. I have contacted for a full refund and my messages have not been responded to . I called them and was advised their is nobody to speak to about my refund

Review of Heathrow Parking Service I had a terrible experience with this parking service at Heathrow. The customer service was disorganised and unhelpful. I had to call multiple times and was repeatedly told I’d be called back, but no one ever did. Their system is confusing, poorly explained, and when I raised concerns, I was told, “This is not how it works,” without any clarification. When I returned from my trip, my family and I were left waiting for four hours. Instead of picking us up as per the contract, they simply dropped off our vehicle, leaving us to figure out transport for our additional luggage. The entire experience was stressful and far from professional. I’m not impressed, and I will never use this service again. I do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Left waiting for nearly two hours in the freezing cold, was told another ten minutes when called. I could've flown and arrived quicker than waiting for this very badly run company to collect me. Will never use again, just a disgusting way to treat people when they've returned from their holiday.

I can only assume any positive reviews are fake. There's real reviews are on a FB page! The person who collected my car looked homeless. Whilst I was reluctant to hand the keys over I had a flight to catch and not much choice, as they were already late. On return I followed the instructions, but ended up waiting 45 mins for my car. The same homeless looking man returned my keys, the ticket for exit and walked off without a word. I noted there were a few small scratches on the car that weren't there before. Luckily I had taken pictures and raised a complaint, but Express Parking Heathrow, who seem to own this company were no help. They accepted the pictures, but requested an excess payment of £750 to make good, which is far higher than the damage. I'll never use a meet and greet that isn't official as I'm sure companies like this are set up and then closed.

Terrible service run by idiots. Never to be used again Contacted them 30 minutes before arriving, phone was off and does not ring. After 3 attempts and sending a text someone called back and to inform where to drop the vehicle and informed us he would be late. We arrived called the same person and he mentioned that he is still 25 minutes away. We had to leave the vehicle with the keys in the parking lot at our own responsibility as we had to make our way to check-in. On returning it was even worse. We contacted them once we collected our luggage as it stated on the email conformation again the phone just goes to voice message and we had to send a text after which someone called back and informed the vehicle will be with us within 20-25 minutes. This was a bit lie and each time we call the only phone they have nobody replies. Every 10-mins someone sends a text stating the vehicle is on the way. Our car arrived exactly after 1 hour off waiting.

This is by far the worst parking service I have ever used. They were an absolute nightmare. Firstly, when I called 30 minutes before arriving at the airport (as instructed), the driver still arrived 20 minutes late to pick up my car. This was incredibly stressful, considering I had a flight to catch. On my return, things went from bad to worse. Even though my flight was delayed, I called as soon as I landed, only to be told I would have to wait 35 minutes for my car. While this was inconvenient, I didn’t complain. However, when I called back to check on the delay, the operator was unbelievably rude. He hung up on me multiple times and spoke in an extremely abrupt and disrespectful manner. After waiting a total of 1 hour, the driver finally showed up—and he was just as rude as the operator! I had to escalate the issue to their head office, but that didn’t seem to improve the situation. To make matters worse, you have to pay the extra £15, 7.50 each way for getting into the airport. which makes them far from the "cheap" option they advertise. The poor service and hidden costs make this company a terrible choice. I would NEVER use this service again and strongly urge others to avoid them. Pay a little more for a reputable company—it’s simply not worth the stress and frustration with this one!

Avoid !! Transfere to airport the man was on 2 phones , not hands free , txting & face timing . Van was filthy . Half way to airport ( which was miles away ) he asked what time our flight was & he had to turn back to collect more passengers from the car park . We said absolutely no way were we risking missing our flight as we had already waited in the rain for the van to return . There were no toilets at the car park ( muddy field ) so had to wait until we got to Gatwick . Unpleasant & put us at risk using his phone whilst driving on the motorway . Never ever again . And yes he charged us £10 each way on top of the parking fee

Was miles from airport , took us ages to find the place ,and when we eventually did it was just a big White House, had to wait an hour to be picked up when we arrived back when I phoned to see how much longer it would be the driver was rude to me,couldn’t find car when we got back , it had been moved miles away to another car park,driver just dumped us off in the dark, thank god our car started ok or else we would have been stranded , never again .

Exteremely poor service. Would give zero if I could. They will damage your vehicle and will never repair it. Also, anything under £750 they will not repair and if it's above £750 you will need to pay that excess before you can claim their insurnace. The drivers and stafff are all really rude and unprofessional. When I ask for some time to submit evidence and raised a SAR (Subject Access Request) for photos to the vehicle at point of drop off (with me in it), they just ignore it and threaten me with a CCJ, sending baliffs to my home and charge me for apparently their wasted time. And when you re-iterate the SAR request or chase for compensation, they will close your case and not reply to you anymore. If you are wondering about CCTV etc - don't bother, they will never give you the footage. They will also switch off your dashcam and Sentry mode if you have a Tesla, so you cannot receive alert of impact/collison and or see what they are doing with your vehicle. Their address of the parking company is not real and Ezybooking is affiliated/associated with all the parking companies they advertise/promote. 🚨🚨🚨PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Parked my car at Stansted airport first n last time. Service was just awful from start to end,they charge you extra £15 for transfer n we are on our way to airport they owner phoned driver to turn around n come back n collect more ppl,we nearly missed our flight n for them 5-10mins are 1hr as we waited to be collected for nearly hour n when collected my white car was all covered with BLACK THICK DUST!!! Please read reviews as well on TRIP ADVISOR,DONT USE THIS COMPANY 🚨🚨🚨Please see pics how my car was covered with black dust!!!

Booked parking through this company which was easy enough. However, one of the companys they use is advertised as 2 miles from the airport, so when booked, it's gives further address location which is in fact 14 miles away from the airport. I tried phoning the other company which constantly switches off. As does the number for Ezybook. Having contacted them to cancel due to false advertising. They charged me the £15+ admin fee to cancel. Not one apology for false advertising, no recompense for the admin fee and they are fully aware of this. If you use this company, tread carefully, because there are much better more reputable ones out there and it's worth that bit extra to pay than getting stung through false advertisement. I do not recommend to anyone to use these.

DO NOT USE! Left the car with a full tank, came back to nothing! Dash camera taking off so can't proof of riding only one footage of it being taken down. SMELL OF SMOKING INSIDE THE CAR. DO NOT USE!
