This is by far the worst parking service I have ever used. They were an absolute nightmare.
Firstly, when I called 30 minutes before arriving at the airport (as instructed), the driver still arrived 20 minutes late to pick up my car. This was incredibly stressful, considering I had a flight to catch.
On my return, things went from bad to worse. Even though my flight was delayed, I called as soon as I landed, only to be told I would have to wait 35 minutes for my car. While this was inconvenient, I didn’t complain. However, when I called back to check on the delay, the operator was unbelievably rude. He hung up on me multiple times and spoke in an extremely abrupt and disrespectful manner.
After waiting a total of 1 hour, the driver finally showed up—and he was just as rude as the operator! I had to escalate the issue to their head office, but that didn’t seem to improve the situation.
To make matters worse, you have to pay the extra £15, 7.50 each way for getting into the airport. which makes them far from the "cheap" option they advertise. The poor service and hidden costs make this company a terrible choice.
I would NEVER use this service again and strongly urge others to avoid them. Pay a little more for a reputable company—it’s simply not worth the stress and frustration with this one!
