I had the same misfortune as many who fell into the trap of this ezybook airport parking website. After receiving the confirmation and instructions to leave my car & key in a farm yard and pay extra for drop-in & exit with my own car. I immediate call & emailed to cancel the booking. NO refund, didn't take up the cancellation cover. I lost £186.38. At least avoiding them to using my car, avoid damage and theft.
