DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked my van for parking with them while I was away for one week. They sent me to a company called Smart Vehicle Storage Ltd, which, for all I know, is the same company. It was a yard on a farm about 15 minutes from the airport. When I got there, they immediately charged me an extra £85 for having an “outsize” vehicle, saying the maximum size allowed 2.4m x 4.8m - a Range Rover is 4.946m and A Skoda Superb is 4.912. My van is 4.892, so 9.2cm over cost me £85 (more than the original fee of £82!!). Obviously, I stated my vehicle's make and model when booking and nothing was flagged during this process. After a long early morning flight back, I was so pleased to get back and get away from these crooks that I did not check over my van, but after having read all the other terrible reviews about damage, etc, I have just checked and found three new scrapes and scuffs to the bodywork. A complete bunch of con men
