Used Drop & Go at Manchester Airport (Terminal 2) from 23–30 June (Ref: LA70BYL). Waited almost an hour after landing to get the car back — made 12 calls, and was repeatedly told the driver was “almost there.”
When the car finally arrived, the driver handed over the keys and disappeared — no paperwork, no inspection, nothing. I asked for the token to exit the car park, and he pointed at a sign and vanished.
Worse still, the car had a new knocking noise from the front suspension. The company denied responsibility and falsely claimed I refused to sign paperwork, when I was never given any.
Appalling service. No accountability. Never again. I'd rather pay a bit more for a better service
