Absolute disgrace. Do not use this company they are fake and fraudulent. Would give zero stars . Kept waiting at airport, woman answering phone unbelievably rude and hung up during call numerous times. Young lad who dropped off car had no id or paperwork. Very surly literally threw the keys at me and ran off. I checked my vehicle, in disgusting state with mud and sweats all over. Right hand wing scratched and appeared to have been tried to scuff out with t cut. Still visible on my car. Over 150 miles extra to when we left, contacted Ezybook. Disgraceful refuse to accept any liability. Honestly I do not believe this is a reputable company. I had assistance from Heathrow and the lady was heard screaming and shouting by them on the phone. Please stay away and save your money and sanity
