this is the worst company ever no communication from driver and i had to ring a number of times to see where the car was had to upto 2 hours for car , dint book with this company never been meet and great

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Choose any other option. Truly awful company, super difficult to deal with. Our suspicions were aroused before we dropped off when it took 3 attempts to get through to say we were 30 mins away. The person on the phone was very hard to understand. We reached Gatwick north terminal and found a disinterested looking person sitting with a pile of papers to whom we gave our key. He asked for £5 in cash for the exit – cash was NOT mentioned in the emails I’d received (though paying the exit fee was); and thrust a leaflet at me. But this was to be the best part of our experience. On the plane I was further concerned when I realised that whilst my email confirmation had said that pick up would be 25 – 35 mins, on the leaflet in tiny print it said one hour. And while the confirmation email said there would be a charge of £15 if we were more than 6 hours early/late, the leaflet said there would be a charge of £25 if we went over midnight. Our flight landed 1hour 45 mins late, at 1.00am. I had phoned from the departure airport to say we were delayed: the person who answered could not have been less interested and was impossible to understand apart from “phone when you land” before he cut me off. As instructed, I started trying to ring the 2 numbers given in the email and on the leaflet as soon as I had reception while still on the plane. I tried the first number 8 times: it either rang out or was engaged. The second number was not in service. My friend started trying and got through to the first number – 07895 022262 – on her 3rd attempt. The person who answered was very hard to understand but said the car would be 45 – 60 minutes. After waiting an hour, after several further attempts we managed to get through again and were told the car was 5 minutes away. This was clearly a lie as 20 minutes later I had a call from a different number, my driver, saying he was about to bring my car and asking me where I was: when I pressed him he said he was 20 minutes away. He arrived 25 minutes later. When I pointed out that we had been waiting for one hour 45 minutes he rudely replied that it was raining and did I want my car crashed? I suspect my car had been driven a lot of miles from looking at the “miles left to refuelling”, though unfortunately had not logged the mileage We were not alone in this experience: others were also waiting this long and were given excuses such as flat tire/flat battery. Avoid at all costs. Utterly unprofessional company. I wish I could give zero stars.

Awful company. Charged me £20 extra as my car was "too big" (fits in normal parking space), they then drove 13 miles in my car, turned off the dash cam and pointed it down to the dash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not use this company i picked up my car after a lovely weeks holday. It was after midnight on the 4th june 23 my hubby walked around the car them drove home. The car wasn't running right and very noisy. Took car in the garage the next day to be told my whole of my exhaust had beed shattered and the cost to repair it is 1600. When i got intouch with the company they told me i was a liar. PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE DON'T EVER USE THESE. P.s not going to let go of this

Worst services ever had and to be honest I should sue them.. when they should pick us up at midnight they would not answer their phone having my little girl with me tried ringing so many times that’s when I asked help at Gatwick and they phoned the number and he answered??? The guys said they had a problem but would be coming to pick us up and bring to our car but it didn’t happen until 7 am. DONT USE THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. no support contact.

Will never use this firm again meet n greet should we called arrive and wait! On the way out to Belfast 27th May 2023 from T1 Manchester was kept waiting 35minutes, then on the way back 28th May 2023 1hr 15mins waiting multiple phone calls lying to me "it'll be at least half an hour a driver has been stopped by the police". Inspires confidence 3/4hr later I ring and ask is there. At news on when my car will arrive? "Be with you in 5-10mins" 45mins later the driver turns up and says sorry about the short delay! Short my flight from Belfast only took 35mins I then waited 1hr 15mins. Shocking service never again Date of experience: 28 May 2023

I booked to leave my car in a place and I paid with this condition but a week before my departure they sent an email to me and gave they instructions to I leave my car in another address!!! It was not convenient for me ,they suggested refund my payment even I should pay a lot of more to another company due to short time booking to my departure I have not received my money yet ,after 8 days ,even I talked to their administrations every day 2-3 times They called me 10 minutes ago and they promised to pay my refund in 2-4 days , but nobody knows !!!!!!!!!!????? I never book again with this company in future for my Parking again , it had much hassles and headaches

They damaged my Car Rim and Tyre and... They damaged my Car Rim and Tyre and refuse to resolve it. My car was half full on fuel and returned empty They are unprofessional and rude You will regret using them.

They are rude and unfriendly We used for Heathrow charged £15 admin fee for no reg in booking had to pay into his personal account when questioned he got angry reg still not updated so money fir nothing

criminal- we used EZYBOOK AIRPORT PARKING from Gatwick airport who allocated us MY AIRPORT PARKING to collect our car. The car was driven for over 20 miles and returned dirty, well over an hour late but the company tried to get us to pay them thousands of pounds, claiming the car had been impounded by the Police etc. This was all faked. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BOOK - we returned home from holiday to be told they did not have our car at all - when we reported to the police it had been used in a crime - when we got home in a hire car we had notification of a speeding offence 14 miles from Heathrow! We still do not have the car and no-one - including the police - knows where the car is! Car now listed as stolen AVOID AT ALL COSTS - pay more abnd use a reputable company - or get the train!!!

Avoid!! If you want someone to use your car while you are on holiday, steal personal items, damage it, drive it over 2000 miles and then dump it on a housing estate then use these guys and the thieving companies that they recommend

This is the worst car parking company that I ever booked with because when I returned to get my car back after two weeks I found my car damaged on the driver side and also very dirty inside. Now I keep calling them for a reimbursement and they keep closing the phone and they are not giving a reimbursement when I literally gave them a quote from a trustable garage and they keep ignoring the emails that send to them. As I said before one of the worst car parking company that i ever booked.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Long story short, we arrived back at Heathrow to be told our car key was missing. I kept ringing them back every 5 minutes to ask for an update to be told they were still looking and that they would call us back. After many phone calls of them not answering or putting us on hold they informed us that another driver had moved our car and then left our car key in another customers car who had since drove home to Newcastle Upon Tyne. We reported it to the police and they marked it as stolen. The company said they would reimburse us for travelling home, refund us for the parking and deliver our car to our home address. The next day we received a call from the police to say our car had been flagged up on the cameras and was found by the police abandoned in a side road a mile from Heathrow. The police recovered it and impounded it at Heathrow station. We then had to drive 3 hours back to London to pick it up and we had to pay £150 to get it out of the impound. Fortunately it was not damaged inside or out, it still had fuel, no significant extra miles on the clock and they had left the key on the tyre. I have never heard back from the company and I am now £400 out of pocket. These people are scammers so please DO NOT BOOK!

Would not use this meet and greet company again if it was the last one on earth. It’s a scam. Just got back to Gatwick to retrieve my car from these scammers. On phoning them to say I was in the arrivals hall. It took ages for them to answer the phone. On phoning again they told me my car would be arriving to car park 6 level 4, after a hour thy finally arrived. The driver handed me the keys and ran off without giving me chance to check the car with him. My troubles started from here on. On checking my car it was scratched from the rear wing to the front bumper. I was fuming with anger. I phoned them and all they said is that I had got to go through my insurance. I contacted the police telling them about the situation which they informed me they had numerous complaints against Ezybook and other names under under this company. In conclusion please please do not use this company if you wont to keep your car safe. They will take your money and your car will be left in a street somewhere to be damaged. Do not use Ezybook.

I would give no stats but wasnt possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We booked for our car to be picked up Manchester terminal 2. They wanted £6 off us to take car through the barrier, not told of this. Upon returning 1 week later car was brought back and again we had to pay £6 to get out the car park. When we got in the car we noticed fron passenger seat reclined fully back and mud in the footwell. My husband noticed about 60 additional miles on the clock and petrol low. We have rang several times and nobody gets back to us. We have also emailed and they want proof and are trying to make out were lying. Im contacting trading standards, and will warn others on all social media platforms. TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY.

My car was dropped off at a meet and greet between 16:20 and 16:35 on the 14th of February 2023 at Gatwick South terminal on level 4 orange car park before boarding my aircraft to Spain for a trip. On my way back from London Gatwick South Terminal level 4 Orange car park around 10:45 on February 18th, I noticed that one of the two Dash-cam connection cables had become detached from the connection. I immediately phoned the company to enquire as to why the dash-cam had been tampered with. The firm spokesman, Victor, stated that none of their employees had removed the dash-cam car wire. But, after reviewing the dash-cam video evidence, it became evident that the camera documented every horrible minute and daily usage of my car.

Avoid this company at all cost. I returned back to the London Heathrow T4. I rang them after collecting luggage. They promised 25~30 minutes waiting time, but ended up more than an hour. Called them few times, and every time they say they car is at the entrance of the terminal, and should arrive in 2~3 minutes.
