“Ezybook was anything but good, by the time they turned up at Heathrow the parking fee was £11.00 and that was after 3 phone calls. Coming home wasn’t any better, waited 45 minutes for them to arrive with my car and that cost another £7.”
“It wasn’t a good experience. I wasn’t aware that my original booking was cancelled and was given to another company. So when i went the address of the parking location it wasn’t there it had closed. So it took over an hour to find out where the new location was which was 16 miles away from where I was then had to wait for 25 minutes for someone to come and let me in to the car park then for them to take us to the airport which made us all late catching our flight. Then when we got back to the uk and called the parking to come collect us they said they would be 23 minutes we had to wait an 1 hour 33 for someone to come. So all in all it’s wasn’t a very good experience. The car park was a big house with waste ground not a proper parking space!!”
“This company is not legit. DO NOT USE. The good reviews that come up when you do a price comparison are provided by these cowboys themselves. They operate from a strange house in Surrey, we simply had the postcode and name of the road given to us as directions. We thought it would be obvious, it's a carpark right? Wrong! We eventually found the address, it is a very long way from Gatwick Airport. There was nobody there who could let us in to the carpark, blocked by a huge high wooden gate with a guy hanging over it trying to persuade us that all was fine, just wait for the other guy to turn up in his van and take us to the airport. I wish I had read all the bad reviews beforehand but I was taken in by a 9.4 rating on a comparison website. We got cold feet and drove off. We had to spend a fortune on parking at Gatwick's long stay carpark as an alternative but it's better than a)missing your flight because you hung around and waited or, b) your car being returned damaged, or even written off as another poor person describes. It simply isn't worth it, you don't need the drama and stress before trying to catch a flight. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.”
“Horrendous experience. We were a couple of hours early, the rudest man in there office insisted we transfer 15GBP or we don't get our car.
Can you imagine after a re-routed flight due to storms we were so tired and stressed.
After we asked for a manager the incredibly rude man said there is no manager, then when my husband asked again the office man said he was the manager and slammed down the phone. We felt lied, conned and cheated. We transfered the money with great difficulties and received the car less of course a lot a petrol.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY IT DOESNT WORK OUT CHEAP.”
“Joyriders -Avoid this company at all cost . I have booked Easybook service ( Gatwick Secure Parking LTD) to look after my car while I was on holiday for a week at Gatwick Airport. On 11/ 04 /24 when I came back I was made to wait 2.5 hours in the car park for the car to be delivered with the reason that they couldn’t find the key . When finally arrived the car was stopped in darkest possible spot away from us with car keys left inside and car running but this wasn’t the worst . I have noticed that the car is in terrible state inside and out. My petrol in the tank was completely used. I had 3/4 of fuel left when I left the car with the driver a week before that . There was extra 160 miles on my odometer instead of the promised 6- 7 miles . The car smelled of marihuana with empty bottles of juice , drinks , mud and dirt , cigarette butts, ketchup sachets , chicken poo all over it even on the back seat, but this still wasn’t the worst. I had 5 damaged car body panels - multiple small damages , scratches , dents including 2 doors and cracked back bumper . While I was taking photos the driver quietly disappeared but not before offering to buy the car of me because “ it was such fun to drive and it was something else”. On a way back in addition to my frustration petrol run out before I reached the petrol station which added more delays to my journey. On top of all this I discovered that the car was a bit lumpy and less power and next day I have noticed smoky exhaust due to turbo damaged which wasn’t issue before . After one month now , three emails with proof photos sent to complaint department there is no response or any indication that my mails are read . When contacting by phone there was no care , consideration or guilt from the other side , “do whatever you want “ was Ali’s answer. On the confirmation email is only one mobile number used for all their support so you always speak to one person from picking up your car at the Airport to complaints (red flag and total waist of time ). To everyone out there considering to use their service please read my experience before you trust your car keys with them . You can end up with damages worth thousands like myself or even worst . Unfortunately only allowed me to upload 2 photos”

Very rude staff, worst customer service.
Car park is very far from airport about 10-15 miles away. On our way back as states on booking 20-25 minutes but we waited more than one hour until the driver showed up and instead of apologising for the delay took us to 2 more terminal to pick up some more passengers while there was not enough space in the car, one passenger had to sit on a luggage. After 3 hours we arrived to the parking, no one was in the office to raise our issue after we contacted them via email, I received very rude response.
Furthermore, I paid £49.44 during booking, I charged £12.50 for entrance fee and £15 extra because I did not want to give them my ghost immobiliser code. Worst experience ever. My husband I are a regular traveler, this company was the worst company we ever seen. Avoid it.”

“Don't use, Random bloke turned up to pick the car up at Heathrow, no introduction, had to ask for ID, looked dodgy already, returned to pick my car up, they used half a tank leaving it with 5 miles, stank of smoke, internal mirror having down, front bumper and fog light smashed and got a parking ticket from there first night from a Marriott Hotel, £600 repairs, had been ringing them up, but no joy, they are based in a car wash in Brentford, lowlifes! NEVER USE.”

Transfer to the airport over 20 minutes in a horrible dirty and old van. The driver is constantly talking on the phone, without a loudspeaker, driving with one hand. In the cabin there is a dangerous stench of exhaust gases, fuel and other unknown things.
Returning back, they found their car outside the parking lot. It was clear that he had been standing there for a long time, as the entire car was covered with frost. The battery is discharged, the brake light does not work, there is terrible dirt in the cabin in the driver's seat, the fuel level in the tank is half less. They left the car after cleaning the interior, got everything in the swamp. I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to the mileage when I left, but I'm more than sure that my car was defiantly used for over 200 miles! It is unacceptable!

“Used service between 28.11.23 until 5.12.23. When I've asked operator on how far is the parking away from the airport he has reassured me that it was only 5-6 miles maximum.
On 28.11.23 when I've handled the key to your driver the meager was 59362 When I've got back on 5.12.23 and car was returned to me the mileage was 59414. The difference is 52 miles.
Supposed to be only 12 miles maximum.
Also someone used air conditioning for the back seats, which is odd if driver supposed to be just getting my car from airport to car parking place. ”
“Called 30mins before getting to the airport and then had to wait for 50mins to collect the car which cost another £10 in parking. When I returned, my flight was early and they wanted £15 extra to bring the car back earlier and only wanted cash. The hidden extras and the unprofessional manner of this company was not worth the small difference in other companies which I have used previously.”
“Car was delivered in good condition. However when I called to arrange drop off took 30 mins for the call to be picked up. Also when I finally got through to the staff they were rude and kept on lying about time of car delivery. Took almost half hour from time I called to car being picked up. On return same experience kept lying about pick up time. From time of my call to me collecting my car was an hour. Kept lying saying 15 minutes . Honesty would have been better. I would never use this service again or recommend. The parking charges was not advised and would have influence my decision to use ezybook. Not worth the hassle”
