AVOID IT!!!
Very rude staff, worst customer service.
Car park is very far from airport about 10-15 miles away. On our way back as states on booking 20-25 minutes but we waited more than one hour until the driver showed up and instead of apologising for the delay took us to 2 more terminal to pick up some more passengers while there was not enough space in the car, one passenger had to sit on a luggage. After 3 hours we arrived to the parking, no one was in the office to raise our issue after we contacted them via email, I received very rude response.
Furthermore, I paid £49.44 during booking, I charged £12.50 for entrance fee and £15 extra because I did not want to give them my ghost immobiliser code. Worst experience ever. My husband I are a regular traveler, this company was the worst company we ever seen. Avoid it.
