“Wish I had actually read the reviews first - one of the most vile experiences I have ever had, upon dropping the car off, we realised as soon as we entered the car park it wasn’t a great situation, cars everywhere blocked in, people’s cars windows were just left open in the car park. A van of unhappy customers arrived as we got there and advised if we had time before our flight to book somewhere else as they had waited over 2 hours to get back from the airport. Wish we had listened to them.
Upon return we got lucky as the driver was already at the airport picking up someone else in the rust bucket, having informed us in the van that the other 3 vehicles were out of service - 1 of which he showed us abandoned at the side of the road. When we got back they had just taken my car round, only for me to find another 14 miles added on from when I left it. I asked who was in charge to query this and was met with hostility and when we told them this was out of orders the guys reply was “what you gunna do about it” and “come round the back with us and do something about it” also telling my partner to shut it with a few other choice words. When I tried to leave he once again tried to take me round the back as all he wanted to do was fight with me even after I said I was leaving.
On top of all this prior to the other reviews, we used the toilet in the “office” when we dropped the car off and was met with 4 or 5 guys smoking weed getting stoned, and have pictures of how they actually store your keys.. which will be uploaded in a second review.
If I could leave zero stars I would, unfortunately you can’t rate them that low

“I got the three day warning they had cancelled my booking for the machinery in their car park (field) They did offer me a more expensive option but once bitten twice shy. I am now waiting for my refund but won’t hold my breath waiting for it. The only good thing I will say is this is a blessing in disguise because looking at the reviews here and on Facebook I get to actually keep my car and not inherit any damage. How are people like this actually getting away with this does no one in authority actually care what is happening with these crooks.”

The transfer to the airport wasn’t included in the price, so had to pay an additional £5 per person each way, the driver took us to a cash point as it was cash only.
On our return at 2am the mobile phone number given was turned off and no option to leave a voicemail. After waiting for 2 hours and several text messages later, we had no other option than to call an Uber to take us to the yard to pick up our vehicle at a cost of £30.
On arrival at the yard our vehicle wasn’t ready and was blocked in by other cars and the cabin stank of cannabis. Lesson learnt - will never book with these again!!”

We rang 30 minutes before arrival as requested, the phone line kept saying mail box is full, unable to leave message. On arrival at the carpark, it looked more like a scrap yard, cars just abandoned all over, mud everywhere, pitch black with no lighting at all.
We were eventually taken to the airport in an old van with warning lights flashing on the dashboard.
When we arrived back from our holiday, I called whilst we were collecting our cases, again mailbox was full, unable to leave a message, eventually got through to he told to wait outside Premier Inn, and driver would be 30 minutes, after an hour of waiting I kept trying to call, with no joy, after 90 minutes I got through to be told the driver was on his way.
When the heap of a minibus arrived it was full, as they had been picked up from the south terminal, there were 4 of us waiting for the bus, the driver didn't know what to do and was trying to phone his boss, and then he said he would take the people already on the bus, and come back in 20 minutes, by this time we had waited over 2 hours, we all go on the bus, people were sat on the floor, very unsafe.
When we got back to Langleys yard, the place was in chaos, one lady with a small child had been put into someone else's car to wait for 2 hours because they were unable to find her car, she was understandingly very upset, and was threatening to call the police. Another person went to the portacabin and said that it stank of cannabis, and all the staff were stoned, she also said she was calling the police, as she said they should not be driving people's cars whilst stoned.
My partner eventually found our car himself, he is sure that the fuel gage had gone down alot since we had left it, also the dashcam had been taken off and was on the floor, very suspicious!
I booked this car park because it was cheaper, obviously its clear to see why is it was cheap, it was a shambles from start to finish.
Please avoid, this place needs closing down ASAP.”

“Do not use! I reapeat do not use !this place needs shutting down immediately, we booked this parking/farm yard for our recent weekend away. We had realised we had a made a massive mistake when we couldn’t find the place due to a lack of signage and Street lighting and at 2am they didn’t answer the phone either. Upon arrival our keys were taken then £5 per person in cash was asked for (transfer fee to the terminal) this in itself is a joke!
Lots of families had arrived but only 1 12 seater minibus from 2008 to take all the people plus suitcases. On our return to Gatwick we waited for over an hour outside of the premier inn calling them constantly and being told every time the driver was 5 mins away! When the driver finally arrived there was two seats available to pick up 6 people, a lot of swearing then happened.
When I finally got to my car 2 hours and 45 minutes after landing I had to search around in the dark to find my vehicle, this place has no outside lighting whatsoever, and the staff are rude and quite clearly do not care, they just want the money.
It was the next morning once I had got home in the day light I realised how much damage to my car had happened, a huge scratch and dent down both doors, probably about a 1000 pounds worth of damage to my 21 plate car. They are refusing to talk about it on the phone and not responding to emails. Please do not use the carpark.”
“This carpark, or should I say a dirt area, from the beginning was appalling! We will never use again! It took some time to find due to the lack of signage and no lighting at 3am. Eventually found and was directed to an old mobile home they use as their office. Other people rang whilst we waited and said they could not find. So my husband went out with a torch to help others and direct them. Eventually the transport arrived. A very old van that sounded like the engine was going to fall out! We was not told to get in van. Many of us by now, an hour later were left standing confused. No organisation whatsoever. Another couple said their flight was in 2 hours and they needed to go. The drivers words were you should have left earlier then, not my problem. The drive to airport was driven by a boy who looked as if he had perhaps just passed his test, very young. On journey to airport he drove so fast at one point the car infront stopped and he slammed brakes on , inches away from car. No help with luggage getting on and off. Had to open back ourselves . When booking after payment made it says you have to pay £5 each way. We was asked several times for £10 which we paid upon arrival. This is not stated before booking and making payment! On arrival in UK I rung parking and phone was off! 45 mins later someone answered. The drivers are very rude and seem to think we should be grateful even though we pay for the service. Again no help with luggage either end. Back to where car is, it's no longer there. We are told to wait by road as not allowed to stand in car park. Driver eventually arrives racing car down road for us. On the drive home my husband says the car has been driven not only when it was delivered back to us. His wheel has been damaged, it was not before. They do not accept any responsibility. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! To sum it up, no customer service, no manners, total shambles and no organisation whatsoever!”

“I have recently used Park and Ride for You Ltd based at Langley Yard, near Gatwick. The customer service is just indescribable and unprofessional. Facilities on site are unusable- like a squat- filthy and not fit for purpose, the yard itself is a free for all, with keys held in plastic bags,no paperwork provided, more money requested on arrival, no sign of clear secure parking. The transfer vehicles are unsafe with no full sets of seat belts, parts falling off and warning lights flashing on the dashboard. Our return transfer the young driver was going round blind bends on the opposite side of the road at about 50mph with a small child in the rear of the vehicle. He attempted to drive at oncoming vehicles and go through traffic lights. I did not feel comfortable using this company and would have found somewhere else had I had the choice. The reviews on the site are inaccurate, please look at the Google reviews as these are more accurate with stories of police intervention already existing. I will not be using this company again and would worry about choosing someone else from their site based on this.”

Awful company, we got the car back and the interior was absolutely damaged with shoe prints everywhere. The stains cannot be removed despite cleaning the car twice. We contacted them again and again and we only got an email that they will give us back £20!

“If I could give minus points!!! Ended up phoning greater Manchester police to retrieve my car keys after they parked my car in a disabled bay and went off with my keys! 2 and a half hours stood outside my car waiting for them to be returned and had to pay the bill to exit the short stay!! Police told me a wide lot of the drivers were arrested last week for driving under influence of cocaine and with no licenses. Clear money laundering business!! Lock up the owner and do not use!!!!”
“If there was an option to leave no stars, then I would. Called at 1.30 in the morning to advise we had landed. Still stood waiting in car park with two small children at 2.30am. Every time I called, was told the car is 20 minutes away and then was hung up on!”
“The positive is that we parked our car here for a 10 day holiday and we picked it up at the end - it was in one piece with no damage. In that way this company did provide safe parking. However... communication with this Company was so poor as to send it directly to the NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN list. Passenger pick up and drop off was severely compromised. When calling the number given the call was continuously dropped by the business. Other users who shared our pickup transfer also complained of this problem. The wait was excessive 90 minutes! Details of the terminal and car number plate had to be repeated many times verbally and by text. I was told we would have receipts emailed for the £10 transfer fee and the £20 additional charge due to a cancelled flight - these did not materialise even when asking by phone many times. Poor, poor quality communication and poor quality administration. The carpark is a paddock in the middle of nowhere with no lights available to check your car on a night pickup so it was necessary to use the mobile phone torch. It was an affordable option... but I would rather pay £10 more to a professional business and avoid the pre and post holiday annoyance.”
“Think I'm being generous with 1 star a nightmare company, no directions given so spent ages looking for it when I returned they left us for an hour and 8 mins when I timed it back to car it took 12 mins extra 6 miles on my car do not use this company”
