“Terrible service run by idiots. Never to be used again
Contacted them 30 minutes before arriving, phone was off and does not ring. After 3 attempts and sending a text someone called back and to inform where to drop the vehicle and informed us he would be late. We arrived called the same person and he mentioned that he is still 25 minutes away. We had to leave the vehicle with the keys in the parking lot at our own responsibility as we had to make our way to check-in.
On returning it was even worse. We contacted them once we collected our luggage as it stated on the email conformation again the phone just goes to voice message and we had to send a text after which someone called back and informed the vehicle will be with us within 20-25 minutes. This was a bit lie and each time we call the only phone they have nobody replies. Every 10-mins someone sends a text stating the vehicle is on the way. Our car arrived exactly after 1 hour off waiting.”

“This is by far the worst parking service I have ever used. They were an absolute nightmare.
Firstly, when I called 30 minutes before arriving at the airport (as instructed), the driver still arrived 20 minutes late to pick up my car. This was incredibly stressful, considering I had a flight to catch.
On my return, things went from bad to worse. Even though my flight was delayed, I called as soon as I landed, only to be told I would have to wait 35 minutes for my car. While this was inconvenient, I didn’t complain. However, when I called back to check on the delay, the operator was unbelievably rude. He hung up on me multiple times and spoke in an extremely abrupt and disrespectful manner.
After waiting a total of 1 hour, the driver finally showed up—and he was just as rude as the operator! I had to escalate the issue to their head office, but that didn’t seem to improve the situation.
To make matters worse, you have to pay the extra £15, 7.50 each way for getting into the airport. which makes them far from the "cheap" option they advertise. The poor service and hidden costs make this company a terrible choice.
I would NEVER use this service again and strongly urge others to avoid them. Pay a little more for a reputable company—it’s simply not worth the stress and frustration with this one!”

Transfere to airport the man was on 2 phones , not hands free , txting & face timing . Van was filthy . Half way to airport ( which was miles away ) he asked what time our flight was & he had to turn back to collect more passengers from the car park .
We said absolutely no way were we risking missing our flight as we had already waited in the rain for the van to return .
There were no toilets at the car park ( muddy field ) so had to wait until we got to Gatwick .
Unpleasant & put us at risk using his phone whilst driving on the motorway . Never ever again . And yes he charged us £10 each way on top of the parking fee”
“Was miles from airport , took us ages to find the place ,and when we eventually did it was just a big White House, had to wait an hour to be picked up when we arrived back when I phoned to see how much longer it would be the driver was rude to me,couldn’t find car when we got back , it had been moved miles away to another car park,driver just dumped us off in the dark, thank god our car started ok or else we would have been stranded , never again .”
“Exteremely poor service. Would give zero if I could. They will damage your vehicle and will never repair it. Also, anything under £750 they will not repair and if it's above £750 you will need to pay that excess before you can claim their insurnace. The drivers and stafff are all really rude and unprofessional. When I ask for some time to submit evidence and raised a SAR (Subject Access Request) for photos to the vehicle at point of drop off (with me in it), they just ignore it and threaten me with a CCJ, sending baliffs to my home and charge me for apparently their wasted time. And when you re-iterate the SAR request or chase for compensation, they will close your case and not reply to you anymore.
If you are wondering about CCTV etc - don't bother, they will never give you the footage. They will also switch off your dashcam and Sentry mode if you have a Tesla, so you cannot receive alert of impact/collison and or see what they are doing with your vehicle.
Their address of the parking company is not real and Ezybooking is affiliated/associated with all the parking companies they advertise/promote. Parked my car at Stansted airport first n last time. Service was just awful from start to end,they charge you extra £15 for transfer n we are on our way to airport they owner phoned driver to turn around n come back n collect more ppl,we nearly missed our flight n for them 5-10mins are 1hr as we waited to be collected for nearly hour n when collected my white car was all covered with BLACK THICK DUST!!! Please read reviews as well on TRIP ADVISOR,DONT USE THIS COMPANY 🚨🚨🚨Please see pics how my car was covered with black dust!!!”
“Booked parking through this company which was easy enough. However, one of the companys they use is advertised as 2 miles from the airport, so when booked, it's gives further address location which is in fact 14 miles away from the airport. I tried phoning the other company which constantly switches off. As does the number for Ezybook. Having contacted them to cancel due to false advertising. They charged me the £15+ admin fee to cancel. Not one apology for false advertising, no recompense for the admin fee and they are fully aware of this.
If you use this company, tread carefully, because there are much better more reputable ones out there and it's worth that bit extra to pay than getting stung through false advertisement. I do not recommend to anyone to use these.”

“DON’T USE AT ANY COST, we arrived to be told the coach to the airport had just left even though we called them to say we was 10 minutes away. We was then told it would be about an hour before the coach returned. As this wasn’t any good for us we called a taxi.
On returning to the car part after our holiday we again had to get a taxi as the coach had just left the airport, even though we called again to tell them we were there. So after spending a total of £70 on taxis, we noticed our car had 75 extra miles on it. With no reason why as we were told they only moved it from the back of the yard to the front and that I must have been mistaken on the mileage in the first place. No refund was offered for the taxis and no apologies from them, they are just a bunch of thieves how take your money and screw you over. Please don’t be fooled by the cheap parking scam that they offer, in the end it will cost you more.”
“We arrived on Monday 2nd September to find that there wasn’t enough vehicles to take 10 guests (3 separate parties down to the airport). All 3 parties were also charged the additional drop off fee (I paid £12 for both ways), yet there was only one drop off as we were sharing a vehicle and all leaving from same terminal. This also meant my 6 year old step daughter had to sit on her mums knee as there were only seats for 8 people and no seat belt could be worn. We had no choice at this point as we had already paid and been kept waiting and would have missed my flight.
The situation on return was even worse, we landed at approx 345am at which point a I made the call to arrange us being collected. I was told no problem and that the car would be with us in 30-45 mins. After collecting my luggage and heading to arrivals there we waited around however no one was there. I phoned the car parking again to be told several different versions of the truth, ‘a car hadn’t turned up, the driver was having an issue with a tyre and then that there was a problem on the road’. I asked how long it would be and was told he couldn’t answer and that I should get a taxi and call into their office when I got back and they would pay for the taxi. I got a taxi back to the car at a cost to myself of £60 which I then took receipt into the office. The man whom I had been speaking to on the phone then said he would not issue the refund and I would need to contact Ezy Parking. At no point did he say I would need to do this and his rude manner and treatment were disgusting. I had 2 young children with me and the service provided was absolutely scandalous and dangerous. I have complained as need the £60 taxi reimbursing, along with the drop off fees (£12) and would request my whole payment of £68.99 also refunded on the basis of what I have mentioned above but have yet to receive a response. I would never use this parking facility again and they are a bunch of cowboys at best and I will be warning others to not do the same.”
