Exteremely poor service. Would give zero if I could. They will damage your vehicle and will never repair it. Also, anything under £750 they will not repair and if it's above £750 you will need to pay that excess before you can claim their insurnace. The drivers and stafff are all really rude and unprofessional. When I ask for some time to submit evidence and raised a SAR (Subject Access Request) for photos to the vehicle at point of drop off (with me in it), they just ignore it and threaten me with a CCJ, sending baliffs to my home and charge me for apparently their wasted time. And when you re-iterate the SAR request or chase for compensation, they will close your case and not reply to you anymore. If you are wondering about CCTV etc - don't bother, they will never give you the footage. They will also switch off your dashcam and Sentry mode if you have a Tesla, so you cannot receive alert of impact/collison and or see what they are doing with your vehicle. Their address of the parking company is not real and Ezybooking is affiliated/associated with all the parking companies they advertise/promote.
