Extremely poor service. It took more than an hour to get our car. The person on the phone would say the driver is there and will be there 5 min when actually took more than an hour.
The person was very rude, aggressive, untrustworthy and unhelpful.
Extremely bad experience and absolute disgrace. Never will ever use this company.
The car was also full of dirt and slugs on the boot door.
