DON'T USE Absolutely appalling service. We rang 30 mins before we arrived at Heathrow to tell them when we would arrive. We called them when we arrived and were told 10 mins, rang again told 5 mins, rang again after 30 mins waiting (quite angry) and were told to cancel the booking if we were not happy - as if we could). They arrived 45 minutes late (because of this, we were charge £10 for parking). We were so worried about missing our flight.
On return, we rang at 5am (as booked), no answer for at least 30 minutes. Our car arrived at 6.35 (over an hour late). When it did arrive, they had put 80 miles on the clock!!
Another customer had to leave his keys on his tyre as he had to go check in for his flight. Another sent his wife in the check in as they were delayed over 30 minutes too. We will be reporting the company to Heathrow, British Parking Association, and any other consumer protection body we can find.
