Can only echo the experiences that people have had with this company.
I have reported the company to the insolvency service and hope they will investigate this rogue company. The service is unsafe, the drivers are on the mobile whilst driving answering frustrated and confused customers. Frequently over the speed limit with their shabby vans. A safety risk for the customer and the rest of traffic.
