I was refused today to pick-up my personal car from the Gatwick airport as a measure of punishment which was verbally voiced over the phone because a disagreement regarding the place of delivery( allegedly they do not park anymore to S terminal which is not true). Even though it is written crystal clear that the car should have been delivered to South terminal, they told me to forget about the contract in a very rude way without even explaining or to show any manner ...I was sent to N terminal and he has threatened me that he would make sure to delay me by at least two hours. Went there and everyone refused to speak to me after telling the Reg number. Eventually they have asked to call same number back (ending in 5611), which I did. This time I was very aggressively refused to have the car and he has sent me home and to comeback the following day since he has blocked on purpose the car. He was reluctant and did not want to listen that I had to change two flights in the last 24 hours with a stop and my wife and my 5-months-old infant had to endure all this treatment...He was not touched that I was going to call the police.. Eventually, people over there hearing the discussion went without his permission to unblock the car. Allegedly he told me that he is the boss and no escalation can be made even though I had asked to see him personally in order to find a peaceful solution considering all the circumstance. They have verbalised that he has sent notification to all of them not to release the car. However, they did this gesture of goodwill risking their jobs but surprise.. not for free!!! I was asked some money as tips which I had to give them having to prioritise my son sitting for an hour in a very windy corner and stop seeking my rights! I have sent an-email this morning addressed to you regarding my flight change requiring to pick up the car one day earlier. Please note that I am about to involve the police as well with the recorded evidence in my possession.
