Scum of the earth. Booked by mistake. After cancelling I was told I’d get a full refund straight away. I’m 12 weeks in now and still no refund. Keep getting told (when they answer the phone) it will be 2 more days!! Oh and they don’t email back EVER and when you do get hold of them by phone your always talking to Allan Richardson, yes it’s always someone different!! AVOID
