I have received terrible service from your company, I dropped my car off on the 12th, called 8 times as you had either hung up on me, left me on hold and then disconnected me or shouted at me.
When picking up my car, I was told 20 minutes, after several calls I received my car 45 minutes later with mud covered up the drivers side of my car.
Terrible service from your staff and I want some money returned, I also have photos.
