They left us waiting for 40 minutes when we dropped the car off, this is after failing to answer the phone for 15 minutes!
On our return we waited for 90 minutes for the car to be brought back. After having been travelling for 15 hours it’s not acceptable. They weren’t apologetic and offered no explanation, just said to wait for the driver to call!
Never using this company again, it wasn’t worth the £20 saving
