We got to the airport at 10 pm lastnight, gave the driver a call and said we’re in the airport of course we don’t get signal on the plane so I couldn’t call prior, he said I’ll send a driver it should be 25 minutes, we waited 25 minutes no sign, gave him an extra 10 minutes, still not sign, we then rang them they said it’ll be another 25 minutes mu driver has “been in a crash” so we waited again. This time we was stood around for Atleast 45 minutes waiting, we had no phone call we had to chase them. Next to us was 2 groups of people who were waiting for “Manchester park and meet” and “Star ride” which funny enough is the same people from this company but under DIFFERENT names. He came flying up the road in my car in 50 mph speed on a 20 road, refused to give me my keys until I paid the fine even though we waited 2 hours for him in the freezing cold, gave abuse down the phone to my boyfriend and they have clocked up mileage on my car and used a lot of my petrol. They have refused to refund me, I’m £66 down and the company has since blocked my email, my contact number and gave abuse to my boyfriend down the phone
