Booked for Meet and Greet at T2 LHR. Was going arrive 30mins early, tried to ring to give them 30mins notice. No answer until we were 10 mins away. After waiting until 30 mins after original booking time, with no answer on the phone, we had to pay another service provider £150 to take our car away.
Poor customer service ever since, no sufficient response and no refund, let alone reimbursement for the extra cost.
