On the way out to Belfast 27th May 2023 from T1 Manchester was kept waiting 35minutes, then on the way back 28th May 2023 1hr 15mins waiting multiple phone calls lying to me "it'll be at least half an hour a driver has been stopped by the police". Inspires confidence 3/4hr later I ring and ask is there. At news on when my car will arrive? "Be with you in 5-10mins" 45mins later the driver turns up and says sorry about the short delay!
