Booked on line for Manchester Airport but only when paid and confirmation e mail received, was it highlighted that an extra £12 was to be paid for entry and exit into the airport. This was not mentioned before booking although I did search for that information before booking.
Within 10minutes of booking I called to cancel and I was told it would cost £15 to cancel.
Outrageous customer service, Do Not Use.
