The positive is that we parked our car here for a 10 day holiday and we picked it up at the end - it was in one piece with no damage. In that way this company did provide safe parking. However... communication with this Company was so poor as to send it directly to the NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN list. Passenger pick up and drop off was severely compromised. When calling the number given the call was continuously dropped by the business. Other users who shared our pickup transfer also complained of this problem. The wait was excessive 90 minutes! Details of the terminal and car number plate had to be repeated many times verbally and by text. I was told we would have receipts emailed for the £10 transfer fee and the £20 additional charge due to a cancelled flight - these did not materialise even when asking by phone many times. Poor, poor quality communication and poor quality administration. The carpark is a paddock in the middle of nowhere with no lights available to check your car on a night pickup so it was necessary to use the mobile phone torch. It was an affordable option... but I would rather pay £10 more to a professional business and avoid the pre and post holiday annoyance.
