I had an issue with my machine but it was really quickly resolved! Excellent machine to have in your home gym. Whether it’s using the bands or barbell for hiptrust. Saves you the time of thinking if your position is correct! I absolutely love my machine. Sturdy even with heavy Bulgarian lunges.
I have to say their customer service is excellent as well!
