Found the service to be good, although did get worried when the reformer was not collected by the courier as soon as it was lodged, this meant that it was probably a bit longer than the advertised timeframe (when queried, this was explained).
The reformer arrived and is great quality, easy to assemble and fabulous to use, the hardest part was opening the crate!”

Communication was lacking to begin with, ordered the item and after 2-3 weeks still hadn't received any tracking details or confirmation of shipment, emails went unanswered. Contacted via chat on website and item was then shipped out within a couple of days, so i think my order was initially missed. Item arrived, but was unable to really use it as it was missing an important piece. Contacted via chat, sent pics and the missing item was posted express.”

I stuffed up the payment and he cancelled it immediately and I received my refund (while he was on holidays) so I could pay properly. The reformer is not the same as a commerical machine however it is ideal for a home workout machine.
