I bought the onyx reformer. My experience with Fitboutique customer service has been excellent. Aj was very helpful from the start. The reformer arrived from Melbourne within a week. I was kept up to date with the shipping.
Being new to Pilates I needed a bit of extra support setting the reformer up. Again the customer service was wonderful.
