So I bought this because I had for many years and still to this day problems with my pelvic area, due to birth of my daughter, now moving forward in this and with the c-section I needed to have with my son, I cant do normal bar hip trusts.. when I saw this , I knew this was the answer! This is helping me so much as I can do hiptrusts again now and strengthen my muscles in that area as that helps me again with my recovery..
