The product itself is really well made by the looks and works well. Communication was lacking to begin with, ordered the item and after 2-3 weeks still hadn't received any tracking details or confirmation of shipment, emails went unanswered. Contacted via chat on website and item was then shipped out within a couple of days, so i think my order was initially missed. Item arrived, but was unable to really use it as it was missing an important piece. Contacted via chat, sent pics and the missing item was posted express.
